Understaffed and unwelcoming. The hostess barely acknowledged us before informing us of a long wait. Cleanliness was lacking; the shower was clogged, and the room felt neglected. Improvements are needed in maintenance; we encountered dirty fridges and a broken shower soap dispenser. the bartenders were excellent, making our evenings enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and comfortable bedding were highlights. excessive noise from nearby bands ruined any chance of relaxation. It’s clear this establishment prioritizes profit over guest experience, ensuring our family won’t return. Next time, a bed-and-breakfast may be the better option.

The bartenders are fantastic and make you feel welcomed. You’re right near the beach and the pool is open late for night swims.
Getting to the 6th floor takes a while because there's only 1 elevator.

This motel is just a few steps from the heart of the boardwalk, making it super easy to enjoy all the local attractions like the Seaport Aquarium and the various waterparks, plus there are great dining options nearby like the Rusty Rudder and Jersey Girl Bar and Restaurant, which we absolutely loved for their delicious food and vibes; the rooms are spacious and recently renovated, equipped with handy features like fridges and microwaves, but we did experience some noise from the nightclub on-site, which could be a drawback for light sleepers.

The room was recently remodeled with a modern look. Comfortable beds and effective climate control ensured a pleasant temperature. Good location, but the floors were dirty; I requested mopping after seeing my kids run around barefoot. Charging stations were handy. there was no coffee pot or hairdryer available. WiFi access was reliable. Unfortunately, the door didn’t lock properly. The bathroom featured wall-mounted soap dispensers, but one towel had a stain. Despite the little inconveniences, the dedicated staff made efforts to resolve issues, especially concerning room placements and cleaning.

The room was big, two large beds and a pull-out couch. Great breakfast, lots to choose from and it was all you can eat.
It was a bit pricey but still worth it for the space.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home! We loved hanging out at the super clean outdoor pool and relaxing on the cozy deck while keeping an eye on the kids. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the boardwalk, beach, and some amazing eats!

Bolero Resort's proximity to the boardwalk and the beach is fantastic, just two blocks away! The pool area is enjoyable with ample seating, and the kiddie pool is a wonderful addition for families. improvements in room cleanliness and restaurant service would enhance the experience.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff made for a fun stay. The outdoor pool and Tiki bar were highlights; the DJ added excellent vibes. noise could be an issue—parties went late into the night, and the gym's early morning clatter was disruptive. A few minor room details, like a lack of hooks in the bathroom and uncomfortable mattresses, could use attention. Parking was tricky too. Despite some bumps, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially with family-friendly amenities nearby and delicious restaurants within walking distance. Looking forward to coming back!

Great location, just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Loved the DJ at the pool and the tiki bar. Plenty of pillows and an ice machine in the hall for the beach cooler. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the bartenders' service on weekends.
Our room was placed on the 3rd floor with no elevator, causing issues for my husband and me due to medical conditions. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty floors and kitchen counters.

the hotel is super close to the beach - go-karts, and the boardwalk. two pools are a plus. the cleaning ladies were helpful and the staff was great.

I enjoyed The Deck at Holly Beach for meals and late-night snacks. The Bolero Tiki boasts top-notch bartenders. The Blue Water Grille offers seating for 400 guests. The resort provides many amenities. I had a great view of the Friday Night Fireworks.
Heard noise inside and outside the rooms.

The good stuff first - I absolutely loved the location of Bolero. It was super convenient to get to the beach and the boardwalk, which was a major plus. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the DJ entertainment at the pool really set the vibe. The on-site restaurant was a hit for me, especially with the live music and karaoke nights. The room itself had a nice modern look, and the multiple charging stations with USB ports were a lifesaver for all our devices. On the flip side, there were some things that could use improvement. The toilet was a bit slow to fill, and the TV in the room was on the smaller side and not a smart TV. The bathroom towels were also a bit rough, which was a bummer. Another downside was the noisy bands from nearby bars that could be heard from the room, making it hard to relax at times. The cleanliness could have been better as well, with dirty floors and kitchen counters. Bolero has its charm with its amenities and location, but there are definitely areas that could be upgraded for a more comfortable stay. If you're looking for a place with a lively atmosphere and easy access to the beach, Bolero could be a good fit for you.

Great location near boardwalk and beaches. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, and amazing gym. DJ entertainment, poolside bar, and on-site restaurant with live music. Updated rooms with modern look, charging stations, wall-mounted soap dispensers, room climate control, and WiFi access. Family-friendly atmosphere and free parking.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

we had a really great stay at Bolero resort. we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk and the nice housekeepers who provided prompt service. the pool bar, sandwich window, and gym were awesome! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. there's also a restaurant across the street on Oak Ave that offered a very good and reasonably priced breakfast buffet.

As a solo traveler looking for a relaxing getaway, my stay at this beachside hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with all appliances in working order. The hotel amenities, including the seasonal outdoor pool and fitness center, provided a great way to unwind. The location was perfect, with easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. The value for money was exceptional, as the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had off-site parking available. I found everything I needed and more during my stay.
The intermittent Wi-Fi, which could have been faster and more reliable.
